Each research paper is blind refereed by two reviewers and the outcome will be notified to the authors by the 15th January 2010
Authors are required to incorporate the comments (if any) made by the reviewers and resubmit the final camera-ready copy of their research papers by the 20th January 2010
Selected papers will be published in print and electronically in conference proceedings
