Oral Presentations:

 We strongly recommend you to prepare your power point slides for oral presentations according to the provided template file (oral_template_ICIWG2010.ppt).

“Microsoft Office Power Point 2003” software is preferred.

The VERY IMPORTANT points regarding the slides which MUST be observed are as following:

-         Any fonts smaller than TIMES NEW ROMAN 22 should not be used anywhere in the slides.

-         Slides with very overcrowded backgrounds, which overshadows the main message of the presentations should not be used.

 Please note the remarks on the template slides (oral_template_ICIWG2010.ppt).

 Poster Presentations:

We strongly recommend you to prepare posters according to the provided template file (poster_template_ICIWG2010.ppt).

The VERY IMPORTANT points regarding the posters which MUST be observed are as following:

-         Posters should be in portrait orientation.

-         Poster sizes should not be bigger than A0 paper size (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm), in case of preparing posters in smaller sizes please keep the following  ratio between the height and width of the poster: height = 1.414 × width

-         We strongly recommend not to use fonts smaller than TIMES NEW ROMAN 22 anywhere in the poster.

-         We recommend not to use very overcrowded backgrounds which overshadows the main message of the poster.

-         The name of presenter must be underlined and the name of corresponding author must be indicated with a “ * ”.

-         Posters prepared as separate A4 sheets will not allowed and no attendance certificate will be issued.

 We kindly request that you print your poster on a single A4 sheet and make 50 copies out of it and take the copies with yourself to congress. So that, if anyone interested can get a copy of your poster in A4 paper size.
